To provision and manage our services, your data is stored by XEYEX Ltd within their UK facilities. Any third-party company is only permitted to process your data for the specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
The test room software is run by XEYEX Ltd which is a management software designed specifically for Independent Opticians. XEYEX Ltd is certified by QMS International, having been independently assessed and approved for the security standard ISO: 27001:2013 for “the development, deployment and support of a cloud based optical practice management software platform, designed to support independent opticians with the management of their business and securely store their patient and practice data”
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our products and services and to maintain records to satisfy tax and other legal requirements.
