Had a bit of a problem with my eye today...went to Boots the chemist thinking drops or something! They sent me over to David who took me immediately. Felt kind of bad as this is not my regular optician. David was so lovely ...gave me a very thorough examination and actually managed to remove a bit of debris from my eye. Gave me a prescription for drops and said come back if it didn't settle down. What great service...absolute star!!

I have had my fair share of optician experiences over the years and this one is by far the best. Super friendly and helpful staff and the Optician David M is really good. Thorough and explains things so well. And when I took my 3 year old, David was just brilliant with him, nice, calm and totally patient with my child and his needs on how quickly he wanted to do any of the tests. Just wonderful.
